Janic Healthcare Services follows strict privacy standards consistent with HIPAA and Georgia DCH rules. All personal, medical, and financial information is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of providing and managing care.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
